Before you start we send you some information for reading. 

When you start

On the first days we greet you welcome and give you an introduction to who we are and how we operate.

You get a buddy

It may may seem simple but getting to know our organization is always easier when you have someone to help you with all the stupid questions. Just for the record there are no stupid questions but you get a buddy anyway.

We believe you can fly

We know that getting onboard is not always easy. We take responsibility for your start and follow-up on your experience continuously until you can fly. How long time this take is different from position to position. The important thing to know is that the rest of us are with you.
