First interview
You are invited to a first interview typically with the hiring manager. In this meeting, your future leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. Expect questions not just about your knowledge but also who you are.
Second interview - we dig a bit deeper
We want to understand more about who you are and your work preferences and habits. Sometimes you are presented with a case to solve and sometimes we ask you to fill in different tests to give both you and us a broader view on your personality and skills.
Final decision
